  • A well deserved thanks to Roger, who managed our front-yard fence installation. Also to Paul and Arbi, for their quality installation work this week.

    Putting up a fence in L.A. is not as easy as it seems. One must accommodate LADBS regulations, which dictate height, picket-gap, and other requirements.

    Roger was steady throughout, even after three modifications and one lost temper (mine). What I originally wanted wasn't jiving with what the City allows, and required compromise.

    A learning process for sure, and thanks again to Roger for seeing this project through to completion. He's a true professional.

We purchased our home last year and the previous homeowners had one side of the fence done by them (only way I would've ever found them in my area). I had them and a few other companies your. They were the most competitive in pricing and Roger was quick to respond and great on follow up. The Vinyl Smart team did our fence and double gate Friday and Saturday and it looks great! We had an issue with our neighbor, so we made a game time decision to extended the fence further and they've made arrangements to get it done on Wednesday. We could not be happier.
